By accessing or using the Autom84You AI Trading Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
The Bot is operated by Rishi Patel / Autom84You, based in Sunnyvale, California.
2. Description of Service
The AI Trading Bot is a copy-trading platform that mirrors trades executed by Rishi Patel's proprietary algorithm on the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange. When you connect your Kraken API key, trades made by the algorithm are automatically copied to your account proportional to your balance.
The Bot provides:
- Automated copy-trading of Rishi Patel's AI-driven algorithm
- Real-time dashboard showing trade history, positions, and performance
- Support for 32+ cryptocurrency trading pairs on Kraken
- 24/7 automated operation
3. Important Financial Disclaimers
RISK WARNING:
- Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- You can lose some or all of your invested capital.
- The Bot does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice.
- Autom84You is not a registered broker-dealer, financial advisor, or investment advisor.
- You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any gains or losses incurred.
- Only invest what you can afford to lose.
4. Kraken API Keys
To use the Bot, you must provide a valid Kraken API key with appropriate trading permissions. You agree that:
- You are the authorized owner of the Kraken account
- You grant the Bot permission to execute trades on your behalf
- You are responsible for setting appropriate API key permissions and withdrawal restrictions
- You should never grant withdrawal permissions to API keys used with third-party services
- Autom84You stores your API keys securely using encryption but cannot guarantee absolute security
You may revoke API access at any time through your Kraken account settings.
5. User Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Use the Bot only for lawful purposes in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is permitted
6. No Guarantees
Autom84You makes no guarantees regarding:
- Profitability or returns on any trades
- Uptime or availability of the Bot (though 24/7 operation is the goal)
- Execution timing or price (market conditions, exchange delays, and network issues may affect trade execution)
- The continued operation of the algorithm or platform
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autom84You shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses, missed trades, or incorrect trade execution
- Losses caused by exchange outages, API failures, or network issues
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Autom84You in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing your API key and/or deleting your account. Autom84You reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or at its discretion.
Upon termination, the Bot will stop executing trades on your behalf. Any open positions at the time of termination are your responsibility to manage.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
